Savannah Environmental's
web site has recently been updated with a new real-time
chat engine. The chat engine allows the user to
initiate a live text chat with a Savannah Environmental
operator. An operator will assist with any question
you may have. In addition, useful links, downloads,
and web pages can be pushed to you by the operator.

Savannah Environmental,
Inc. announces its entry into the long-term flow
monitoring arena by offering an internal and external
modem module for the model 460 & 464 flowmeters.
These modems provide remote data acquisition capabilities
to the flowmeters. Attended, point to point
communications is provided through the Flo-Ware software
and true scheduled & unattended, point to multi-point
communications can be provided with the new Outcast
software, by Savannah Environmental, Inc.

In addition to the modem
modules designed, Savannah Environmental, Inc. has recently
finished the development of an automatic data collection
software package. This product, known as Outcast,
provides the user with true scheduled & unattended, remote
communications with the model 460 & 464 flowmeters via
modem.
Outcast has a modern interface and is designed with
simplicity and elegance in mind. Outcast software can
be downloaded at the Savannah Environmental, Inc.

The
GWU Group of Germany
has recently added the Rainger rainfall logger to its
lineup of high quality products for flow and
meteorological instrumentation. The Rainger logger
is custom mounted by GWU into a high precision Young
tipping bucket collector. The Rainger firmware and
software were modified by Savannah Environmental to accept
the higher precision (.1mm) required by the GWU group and
their valued customers.

Savannah Environmental and the GWU Group work
closely together, ensuring that products and services meet
the varying needs of the European market. Some

who wish to remove themselves from the tasks associated
with processing and creating flow and rainfall reports.
Recent updates to the Flo-Ware program allow the customer
to quickly and easily select data files and email them to
our Data Center for processing. Data Center
operations include four different service levels:
1. Process data and
return reports via email

return reports via email

recently completed a 20 meter flow monitoring project for
the cities of Cayey and Cidra Puerto Rico. This
infiltration/inflow study was our 5th project in Puerto
Rico over a 10 year period. Rental equipment,
training, installation support, project support, and data
management were all provided by Savannah Environmental,
Inc.
